after Sara Assicurazioni's response, I verified that the site of the Aci headquarters in corso Duca degli Abruzzi simply does not exist on the web but physically exists and shares spaces with Sara Assicurazioni so much that it has the same entrance door. So even if not properly referred to Sara Assicurazioni (for another official ACI insurer) I confirm my review.
Visit for license renewal: 5-6 appointments all fixed for the same time, it is expected out of covid cause, fortunately they have made available n. 2 chairs, but obviously someone waited in pedi. The doctor shows up more than 1/2 hour late and with the mask covering the mouth but not the nose. Well from a doctor it's just not acceptable.
