Update:
Second bad experience, today I went to pick up a piece of furniture, apart from speaking only German, in fact ... Dialect ... On delivery they left us the 60 kg package on a trolley. We had to arrange to load it ... Me and my partner ... While two of them looked behind the box (one was in his thirties with a thick beard) ... In addition there was a delay of more than 5 weeks and no communication or apologies .. congratulations for the service ....
