The ordered product did not meet the quality standards at all. We ordered a wooden garden house, during the assembly it became more and more apparent that the wooden parts were cut wrong, crooked, bent or even missing.
Even after repeated complaints, no feedback has been received to date. Very poor customer service.
Very satisfied. We found a great corner seat for a very good price. Logically, however, is that the transport to Italy costs something, and here in Italy also slightly higher taxes are to be paid, which drives the overall price a little bit up, but for shipping Tyrol can not help it. Despite all, great bargains.
Have ordered a couch and a sofa bed for our apartment in South Tyrol. From order to delivery, everything worked out great.

Even after 2 weeks no reaction from Tirolversand!
I think the principle of your shipping system is very good!
But with the expiration of my order I was not satisfied at all!
2 of my 6-part order were canceled because they were not available even though they were available in the shop. And by the time I got the article, it took about 3 weeks!
