I booked with this hotel and I was unable to get there due to weather conditions. I called the hotel to cancel the booking and they advised me that my credit card would not be charged and it was not a problem. They went ahead and charged my credit card without my consent. I called the hotel to dispute the charges and the person at the hotel yelled at me and told me that he is not refunding my card and hung up the phone. These people are thieves.
Good hotel, very good service. Skibus stop right in front of the hotel. Wifi not free. Food could be sometimes better, especially the breakfast.
Nice rooms with good water pressure and hot water. Family-run place and it shows in the kind service.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location. The staff very kind. Price quality ok! Good breakfast !! The bed was comfortable and the room was nice big. Pets allowed with a supplement.
