I highly recommend the Mixology Academy to those who want to undertake this work but also to those who already do it ... a super welcoming structure with a staff that is always Kind inside that makes everyone feel at home, Available at any time both on site and not , Expert in the theoretical part and therefore able to intrigue even the person less interested in lessons with pen and paper, Expert in the practical part and therefore with seriousness but also lots of laughs, starting from a pour up to the creation of one or more drinks .. it seems impossible (the anxiety, the timer, the mistakes, the score, being observed and controlled .... very normal things that everyone has tried and I still feel them because I have not finished the course) but together with them it becomes much easier than it might seem by watching a video, it just takes a little effort and everything can be achieved ... in short, a staff truly prepared for everything !!! IRREPLACEABLE!!! The first day we all feel disoriented ... boys and girls from all over Italy who meet in front of the door ... but the first 4 hours are enough and strangers no longer come out of them but acquaintances .... and why not .. .after the FRIENDS course. Delighted to have started this journey with you ... I can't wait to continue and finish in order to bring all the news to work with me and grow more and more. Congratulations to all 👏!

I recommend to all those who love and want to enter the world of the Bar to choose the Mixology Academy, they open up a world to you by teaching from the simple base on how to hold a bottle up to creating a cocktail from scratch. Above all, I recommend the Global Bartender course (I'm following this path) where they teach you 360 ° about the world of the bar that is always evolving. If it were up to me I would also give 10 deserved stars !!! P.s the Vintage course simply SPECTACULAR 😍 ah then I also add that after all the course you will understand that the mixology academy is not just a school but becomes a second family from which you can ask for any advice.

At the beginning I was able to find professionalism and availability in the person who contacted me by phone after my request for information. Once at the Academy I felt better than at home, being a very modern and welcoming place, where I found people very prepared and with excellent ways that make the course interesting and lighten the pressure that those who, like me, do not have never heard of speed track, metal pour or stir & strain. Learning and studying with the support of the Mixology Academy helps to reach important levels already with the basic course, I recommend it to those who already have a passion for the sector and also to those who want to try to find new ways.

Everyone is always available, trainer, tutor and secretary ... I followed the Global course, a super intensive level that I recommend to anyone who wants to do a course like this but comes from outside Milan. I am still taking the exams but for now I am very satisfied with the goals I have achieved even if the road is still long🤣 And in there the training is always growing thanks to the masterclasses and tastings they organize! I admit it is not the cheapest academy that exists, but in my opinion it is a good investment for those who have the curiosity and passion for this job.
