The owner (? angry older gentleman muttering to himself and glaring) wanted nothing to do with my politely poor Italian or my English speaking money in his unlabeled (varietals/regions) shop. My hotelier recommended an alternative in the neighborhood.

YOU'RE VERY CAREFUL !!!!! as long as you eat like in the classic 5 euro bar, then ........

Rude like few! Especially the lady on the phone to book, they make you want to go. Moreover, as far as food is concerned, it gets better.

Beautiful location. .. Bottles exposed in an attractive way. If you do not crash from a barely visible staircase, you can enjoy a pleasant accommodation with something ancient. The dishes served with an aperitif are in the standard both for quality and for the prices. The staff does not shine for sympathy ..
