One to eight try to talk by phone, they don't answer and if they do then they pass you to a colleague and "accidentally" the line drops. Bad service!

But do these places exist in real life? No, because these are days when I call via Cigna and via Massena (at the times indicated), but nobody answers. If you call the toll-free number they answer from Rome, but they don't take appointments ....

I highly recommend any caf 50+ center, especially in Turin in via Massena and via Cigna. Well trained, competent and helpful staff. The heads of both centers, unique people. A special thanks to Ms Giulia. Young ... but already very smart. Chapeau !!!
