Experience to forget, I purchased a used car that stopped after 15 days. The car was an MG. Obviously I paid for the car plus the ride. I brought it back to the dealership to get it fixed and after almost 2 months I was told that it couldn't be fixed because the engine was melted. In these 2 months a pitiful assistance, the agency owner never replied to my messages and to have an interview I had to call several times at the store. In the end we agree to replace the broken car with a panda, obviously I leave the money of the passage in the dealership. From mid-February the transition was made in May after numerous reminders from me, I risked being fined because obviously the way sheet had expired. It occurs to me to check through a search the previous car that I had purchased to see if the change had been made and I discover that I had never been legally owner because the last change dates back to 2014. In practice, I had left a sum of about 400 euros for the passage of the MG but the dealer never did, perhaps thinking that since I had returned the defective car, nobody would have checked. Bad customer service and poor transparency. Dealer to be avoided on all fronts.
