I moved from poko in this area I come from a completely different experience ... and I found myself a bit bored in this yoga center ... when I entered the first time it was all very magical ... the incense..le candles music mantras ... it seems to have been carved out of a rock ... the warmth of the fireplace ... an atmosphere that in itself welcomes so much ... (even the most skeptical ones who come from another discipline cm the sauce!) Then I practiced with the teacher, who struck my soul ... my heart ... and now I can't do without it ... even if I wanted to ... He's a magnet that tries to improve you gg dp gg! There is magic in this center that changes your life !!! Great I'd say!

Ideal center for practicing yoga. Private and welcoming environment. Professional teachers, attentive to every single student. I highly recommend Ayurvedic Yoga massage for postural problems and muscular contractures.

The center is very characteristic and silent, when you enter it seems to be projected in a timeless place ... background of Indian music and the smell of incense charge the air with energy, it seems a magical place. The teacher, with his sympathy and preparation, guides you through the practice, where positions, breathing and mantras are intended to create the union of body, mind and spirit. The effects of all this are visible in the spirit of the group that is very united. I feel lucky to have such a yoga center just a few steps from home, thank you !!

The shanti yoga center in Civita Castellana directed by the teacher Emanuela D'Antonis in a suggestive welcoming and practical location offers students the opportunity to learn about and learn about an ancient discipline.
