They have been their client for years now. Tips and efficient maintenance of my boiler. In the office I am always kind, Mrs. Patricia with great courtesy reminds us of the annual expiry of the review and I am given different options for the appointment. The technicians are fast and efficient and know how to do their job well, sometimes for small faults they also help you by phone. I trust them.

Professional, courteous and clear mto in the information provided. In times of maximum demand, they ask for a little patience to answer the call but in a few days the service check is carried out. The cost of the call and that's it is quite high but it is good that the service carried out.

Called for the first time for an urgency, I found availability and cordiality behind the phone. The morning after the scheduled appointment was presented the technician who quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately the spare part did not have him behind but contacting his warehouse assured me that in the early afternoon he would return and so it was ... Fixed the problem within 24 hours ... !! When a small child is found at home, hot water is essential! Satisfied!

Very bad, very discouraged. They came for an emergency of one of my boilers, which was totally blocked. The technician told me with great arrogance that he did not have the spare part, which cannot be had on Friday afternoon as if we were at the supermarket (textual words). So he told me I had a nice problem! So he made me the invoice, he pocketed 70 euros without solving the problem and not even working to solve it and he left. Firms should work seriously, not in this way.
