You get a great view over the city from this place. A must visit for photographers. It's easy to reach by car. By foot it is a bit more difficult to reach. I took some great pictures from up there.

An ideal place to get a panoramic view of Firenze. It's not as crowded as the city center, and yes still is within a nice walkable distance. Visited in December and it was beautiful at sunrise and sunset, came back for NYE celebration. Crowded but fun!

A fantastic location with amazing views. We arrived just as it was getting dark and had a great time people watching and enjoying the view. 4 ice creams from the street vendor was €8.50. After it was dark we walked down the steps to the river and felt very safe in this lovely neighbourhood. Recommended 😁
