Bustling in the AM and PM with tourists, locals, and Indian guys selling spinny glow things that they shoot up into the air at night. There must be a 1000 of these guys that sell them all night. I don't think I saw a single sale going on. I think they could really use some new material or think about selling better stuff, seems out dated. They also sell during the day little balls that they throw on a pad that stick and they stare at you with a delighted smile as if to say, "can you believe that this little ball STUCK to this plastic mat??" I give them props for the effort.
