V.AUTO SRL Novara - Dealership Seat, Honda, Subaru

For an order promptly placed by my spare parts dealer on 13/10 at 4.45 pm, for a Honda gearbox bearing that should have arrived on 16/10, we are not even informed of the delay. Only after the call of our supplier, Monday 19/10, he is told that the spare part would arrive after another 3 working days, without any explanation! I am really disgusted with the way this warehouse works and I absolutely do not recommend it. For us it was a real inconvenience: car stuck on the bridge without even knowing what to say to the end customer!

It offers its services with the utmost professional competence. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only flaw is the distance, being a little out of the way compared to my position, a detail to be considered, however, of little consequence.

I have always bought Honda .. I have always had a good time both with the sales staff and above all with the workshop staff !!!!!

I went 1 week ago to turn off a spy in my Grandis they were kind and also they didn't charge me anything. Really good
