Unfortunately, little attention to the customer and seriousness. I left the car in this workshop as I was out and about and I had a small breakdown (although especially in this covid period I need it to go to work). I was told that the next working day they would let me know the cost of the part and availability. Not receiving any calls, in the middle of the afternoon I try to hear and they tell me that they still have no information but before evening they would let me know. Evening comes ... nothing, no calls. The whole next day goes by .... nothing. In the end, annoyed by the teasing and lack of attention to a customer, I went to take it back and taken to my mechanic who in 1 day went to get the piece and in the evening I picked it up ready.
