Neighborhood councils nothing, there were some years ago then the political gentlemen understood that the opinions expressed by the population base were truthful and therefore compromising for them, with the excuse of costs and other stupid inventions that they are invented, they have eliminated them. The only official voice of the neighborhood was thus eliminated. Shame!
