Flavia is a very good teacher, she encourages you to do more but is very attentive to your health and if she sees that you are not at the top she invites you to do more calmly or to rest with breaks (and candied ginger!). It is also ironic and very determined, as well as competent! Doing Strong with her makes me start the week well and offload the energies of the previous week. I like it very much! Highly recommended !!
