Shocked by the practically non-existent level of customer service !! I spoke to Giuseppina who didn't help me at all, simply asking to have blood tests and explaining that I didn't have the exact list because I don't have health care here in Italy and therefore I don't have access to the general practitioner, she didn't give no alternative solution or help (which wasn't even difficult, since I only wanted to do general tests). A tip Train your staff !! Teach to be more kind and courteous that it costs nothing ..

Yesterday my daughter had gastroscopy. The doctor and nurse took care of her with professionalism and humanity. No barrier between doctor and patient. My father was a doctor ... And in them I found love for the profession they carry out. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel at ease, I went there having urgency to have the result in the day, only flaw that twice out of 3 I made a large and very ugly hematoma on my arm that does not go unnoticed. . it will also be due to a fair complexion but doing other routine sampling has never happened to me .. I do not however exclude that since the human body and medicine are not a machine and a completely exact science it can happen and depend on different factors😊
