After many months of researching a specific Jeep Renegade model I came across an ad from this dealership. I phoned immediately as soon as the offices opened and I found Mr. Fabio F., a very friendly, prepared and very correct person. Within a few hours I "blocked" the car and after about ten days I was on board my Jeep on my way home. Excellent experience and I renew my esteem towards Mr. Fabio F., very professional, very correct and always available for any clarification. Compliments!!!

We came with my partner to buy a car, dealers talking to each other, chatting on the phone and wondering if they wanted coffee, after half an hour of waiting, with not even a good morning, we left. We will definitely not return.

Bad experience. Purchased 1 year and 3 months ago about a Fiat with 14,000 kilometers from this dealer with its "Alessandria Auto Card" card to have greater security (replacement car right, no labor costs for repairs, etc.) and have no problems; after less than 3 months I was already on foot (Clutch kit and flywheel gone 1100 euros in damage). Initially I was told that the costs were at my expense but once I talked about the right of withdrawal the parts were magically replaced for free. Now, after 1 year and with only 41000 kilometers, the flywheel gives problems again (inexplicably as it is a problem that occurs after hundreds of thousands of kilometers and usually in mountain areas). Removed the fact that I am not covered by the guarantee (the piece was not purchased according to them, but "paid homage") also the insult; they have no replacement cars for 4/5 days and so I risk breaking other parts using my car! If I went back I would avoid them, both as a dealership and as a workshop.

Rude, indifferent and mocking staff. Three weeks for a 0 km car while when we went to sign we were told that it was already on the road and would arrive in two weeks maximum. You call, they tell you they will let you know and then they disappear. Never again!
