I do a review after 5 years from the purchase of my vehicle .... It would have been 5 stars until 2 months ago, today without infamy and without praise. Let me explain ... I cannot say anything about professionalism, support and assistance in the purchase and first post-sales phases. Despite having spent a considerable amount and at the time having trusted the professionalism of those who supported us, I did not fleas about the type of accessories fitted. After some time, unfortunately, I have to change my mind about the quality of some mounted accessories that are not proving to be up to par and in particular for the automatic dish mounted which today is not adequate to the new standards as it is "too small" (omitting the sensor of the gas which is a toy and what I had mounted on the previous camper was serious, I leave out the veranda which is not Fiamma but an unknown brand and every now and then is enchanted in the opening ... I leave out the rear view camera which must have been that of my old camper but which has not been transported but replaced with one that has nothing to do with it ....). Now, at the time I trusted those who had to be more experienced than me and should have advised me and not just entice me to buy by offering me accessories at low prices. Of course, today in front of my grievances I was offered an extra discount on the replacement of the parable but we always talk about a lot of money that intellectual honesty wants I would have spent if in 2015 they would have offered me a serious parable with little more on an expense which was still important .... How to say .... In the small they have lost the great ... without any desire to argue because a discount proposal on the replacement of my current parable was dutifully made, it is certain that if at the time they had advised in an appropriate way today I would not find myself having an almost useless accessory and above all I would not be in a position to spend more money (not a little) for the second time .... even the manufacturer of the dish today gives me answers evasive that an amateur in electronics would disassemble! And don't tell me it wasn't predictable at the time because there are motorhomes that have had series auto parabolas fitted for 10 years that still work fine today with the new standards. With all this I confirm the seriousness of the dealer, only that today I would make fleas on every single accessory mounted .... So be careful not to look only at the last figure at the bottom right ....

I bought a used camper and they sold me a good camper, but about the warranty, they weren't honest and in the end I had to go to other dealers to fix various things in the cell. I turned to Gatti twice, once the ignition of the stove was broken and they made me pay for it, the other time water came in from the porthole of the attic and rather than changing the gasket, they restarted the closures so that the porthole would force against the frame of the airframe. After 2 days the porthole cracked and after 5, I exploded on the highway !!! Be careful because if you buy from them, you will not have any guarantee, if you do not pay for any defects that arise out of your own pocket ...

Professionalism and friendliness is what I found in buying my first camper at the Gatti dealership. A special thanks to Mr. Gabriele and Diego who patiently accompanied me on my new adventure!

Purchased used camper, high price and problems included in the price that have not been solved ... to date the water tank does not work because it is laundry !!! Unacceptable by a dealer who guarantees a complete check of the vehicle before selling it.

Gatti Giorgio s.r.l is run by competent and very kind people. During the year of warranty after the purchase of our Hymer 588 motorhome, there were small inconveniences that they provided personally or by directing us to hymer service centers. Everything was resolved in the best way. Serious and respectful dealership for its customers. Thank you.
