I have never waited as long on the phone as with Unicredit in Magione. Change account and go to hell. Of course, it is not the fault of the employees who may be few but of the Bank which does not give them any other chance not to make a bad impression.

It is the worst banking service in the region. You can wait for hours before receiving a telephone response. I am about to close all my accounts.

Opening hours are not coinciding with the arrival time of the staff, the staff arrives with a clear delay. Despite the delay, the staff loses further time for internal problems. The result is the accumulation of 10 clients, the first of which served at 8:40 (opening hours of "theoretical" 8:20). All this under the director's vision. Very bad
