I have known Stefano for some time and as well as a friend, I can say that he is an excellent teacher. I definitely recommend this dojo to those who want to transcend their limits and learn to listen to themselves and their bodies.
It is not easy to find competence, passion and experience but, in this case, I guarantee that there are all three!
The Montegrillo Dojo hosts a beautiful Aikido school; the lessons take place in a serene and collaborative atmosphere. Stefano sets himself to each of us according to our ability, but always with a view to growth.
