After being insured for ten years with them they increased the RCA tariff of the vehicle beyond measure and having asked for explanations the employee herself advised me to look elsewhere for cheaper fares because they were not able to do more. No sooner said than done. At € 50 less I made the exact same RCA with the addition of crystals. I'm sorry to have been treated like that as a historical customer but so be it.
