I call, asking if they do a certain type of shipment, and they tell me yes. I arrive, I queue out in the cold, they give me the forms to fill out, always out in the cold (but this is not their fault), then at a certain point they tell me that they don't do that expedition anymore ... wasted time!

I sent a suitcase and it arrived damaged near the wheels. I asked both mail-box and DSA but I witnessed a barrel unloading from both operators.

I recently sent two packages to my son in London on the second Friday last. The staff of via Sacchi has always been very kind and attentive to my needs, packing packages with great care. They arrived at their destination on the scheduled day without suffering any damage. I recommend this MBE center to everyone.

For several years I have been supporting this agency to send parcels and letters to Europe and the United States. Irene and Giovanni exquisite and very helpful people. I would give more stars if only it were possible!
