a practically useless public office. Telephone always out of service. When the phone rings, nobody answers. Are we joking? I HAVE THE NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, AND THEY ARE NEVER BEING THERE!
Is absurd. They close first. It is of no use at all.
I call and no one answers yes can it have such a service? people who don't want to work, or work a lot to work ... but if they are open today, why doesn't anyone answer?
