BALSAMIC VINEGAR EXPLAINED. WELL WORTH LISTENING TO THE PROCESS AND THE CULTURE AND THE TASTE, WELL YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY SOME ITALIANS EVEN PUT THIS STUFF ON GELATO.

It is a great experience and you will understand the passion for Aceto di Modena. The guide is explaining the production process quite detailed and also points out the differences of traditional to common vinegar. As it is only in Italian you need somebody for translation if you cannot understand. But even just for the tasting it’s worth it! Never tasted such a great vinegar before, really special!
