A wekend a couple of years ago I went to visit friends in Palermo. It was there that they told me: You know in Naples they say there is a very good girl who teaches Yoga. I was looking for a discipline that would put me a little in shape after decades of inactivity and that I was passionate about. I gave credit to my friends (it didn't cost anything anyway) and tried. Asthanga's first class with Stefania Cristiano was the classic love at first sight. You arrive with your backpack loaded with all the weights of the day and you come out light and renewed. A pleasant, indescribable sensation that I feel every time I practice. She is prepared, professionally serious, communicative, empathetic, welcoming and engaging. It is no exception during the online classes. He is able to follow all of us carefully, preparing lessons (think) that are always different. The Zen center is an oasis of peace in the center of a chaotic city, with attention to the smallest details. Perfect place to practice yoga and meditation. In a moment like the present one .... luckily Stefania is there, luckily there is Zen, luckily there is yoga.

I got to know Zen 81 through a massage offer. Entering the center I was immediately struck by the beautiful energy that reigns. A welcoming and magical place where you can really feel relaxed and enjoy the silence for a moment dedicated to taking care of yourself. I approached yoga out of curiosity. I have always worked with my body as a dancer but practicing yoga gives me an even stronger awareness of my body and above all puts me in front of the limits of the mind. A beautiful path. At the center I attended Stefania's courses, whom I consider a truly splendid person and teacher. She knows how to be clear and direct, full of experience and empathy, her irony is the element that makes the practice special. I had the pleasure of practicing or meditating with the other teachers as well and I am absolutely super !! Thanks to the whole team!

I remember that when I discovered that there was such a beautiful holistic center so close to my home I was struck by it, I thought I should attend it right away and so I did. There I found Stefania who has been and continues to be my inspiration. At first, the more I attended her classes, the more I felt she believed in me. He was the person who pushed me beyond physical and mental limits or better ... GUIDED me with love, sweetness but also with strength and tenacity and continue to do so. My journey has just begun, I have been attending Zen81 for about 1 year but I can say that I have already achieved many goals, because thanks to her I believe more in myself, I love myself more, I appreciate the little things, I am more curious , more free, in short, compared to 1 year ago I am literally FLOWERED and this as well as thinking it myself, I hear it from those close to me, because everyone feels the well-being and passion that the practice gives me. Yoga is a path that can lead you to harmony and well-being if you take it with the right teacher. Mine is still long. In any case Stefania is a discovery for me, a rebirth. He taught me to be humble, to give me time, not to overdo it, to discover things, to go to the bottom .. to be deeper. I recommend Zen81 to anyone to rediscover and get closer to a world now too unknown to us Westerners. I recommend it because it did well to me and to many of my fellow practitioners and continues to do so. I advise you to attend it even just to detach yourself from the world for a moment, to unite mind and body with movement and breath. To dedicate some well-being to you; now we are so taken by the superficiality of our society that we forget about ourselves, to have a mind and a body and to take care of them! The first time I entered ZEN81 I was immediately enveloped by a feeling of well-being and serenity. It is the ideal place for those who need to relax. As for me, I found the holistic center on social networks and so I booked my first lesson. I was welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of the teacher Stefania and from that day I practice this discipline weekly. I recommend yoga to everyone, even to those like me who attended weightlifting gyms.

By nature I am a very lazy person and I am not so constant, neither in sport nor in some other discipline ... But 3 years ago on the street I saw this huge billboard of the holistic center Zen 81, it offered postural yoga courses and many others ..I was attracted and intrigued to know both the discipline and the center a few steps from my house, I was welcomed by the 2 teachers Stefania and Laura, they were amused by my presentation: "In addition to my name Leandra, my name is also Mrs. Laziness, I would like to attend this new discipline: both for reasons of posture and for my personal problems, but I don't know how long my perseverance will last" Stefania suggested that I do some free trials of the various courses without losing money "....... To date, after about 3 years I am enrolled in postural Flow and every so often when I can I do some antiGravity entry ... in this period of closure the center has also allowed us to recover the lessons online, but I love the Human contact, to go in the center it gives you the opportunity to completely disconnect from the daily routine, at the entrance to the center you have to walk a cobbled avenue and finally you arrive in this sweet and relaxing place Zen silence, peace, nature, the smell of incense and the beautiful synergy that is created with the teachers and all of us yoginis ...
