J did not have a really good time, because the employeer who talked to us wasn't very competent. My dad asked him a few things about the Renault Zoe's battery life and its efficiency after many kilometres. The problem was that the man didn't know anything about the car! He said " The battery loses efficiency after two/three years, just as phones' batteries" I mean, I hope this isn't the same!!

I bought the new captur on 31 August 2020 and after a month I had some problems regarding the ignition of the car but the garage manager gave me the appointment to fix the car two months later and I was forced to go in Milan, who fixed my car in ten minutes. Yesterday I went again that I had completely switched off the ignition and the manager of the workshop after explaining the defect to him told me to call after an hour that he was busy with a lady to give me an appointment (perhaps in two or three months ) and it was useless that I expected. The only person I have to thank is the seller Michele Doneda for his kindness, availability and professionalism who was able to listen to me and understand me by having the car fixed in 15 minutes by the renault dealer workshop in Caresanablot Vercelli professional and kind people.
