Reading the reviews you could imagine, I go with my wife to view and request a quote to change our current T_cross and evaluate the purchase of either an X2 or a Series 1, the kind lady at the reception with mask even tries the fever before we sit down. We sit by a salesman who quietly does not greet us without a mask, complains to the girl that he has an appointment and drops us off at his neighbor who also reluctantly receives us ... we explain our demanding informs us to take a car of those ready because he would have given us more discount, because Bmw gives him these indications, not to make them new but to sell what you have ... So in the end he finds us a pair of X2s asking what differences between one and the other he replies: one has everything, the other almost everything etc ... I am used to that even if boring one lists the options and tries to do understand the differences .. I was not satisfied with the treatment, on the contrary I was interested in having the car as soon as possible, so I accept their quote with the promise that the next day, having my Tcross extinguished, I would have a final price. The next day he calls me and kindly tells me that my current car "was a wreck with too many km" so that it gave me less and took away my discount to get back from the loss of my used car .. he spoke to himself for 10 minutes while he listed the defects of mine and justified the increase in price to which I answered only: so what? and he continued on his way .. after the phone call he made me that the price I wanted was crazy and that either I adapted or greetings ... Moral of the story I bought my new X2 at the SARMA SPA DEALER in Saronno (I live in Arona) very kind and professional, immediately test drive as soon as I arrived .. it cost nothing they only showed me the product and they were kind I didn't ask for anything else .. From Arona to Saronno there are 5 AUTOTORINO dealerships on the Bmw website I have chosen the closest one not managed by them who unfortunately have a monopoly in the area and I wonder reading the countless negative reviews before me why BMW ITALIA continues to let the brand be managed by their.. Council, you are buying cars on the 50k of non-FIAT PANDA value a MINIMUM OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND KINDNESS is enough for people. Good day

Very well structured dealer, available to accommodate customer requests especially the "workshop" part (pass me the word) very fast in carrying out the work and at very interesting prices, dynamic and efficient staff ... at least on my part with the people with whom I have had contacts they are all very "smart"
