Today I contacted the ASL of Novara to get an answer to the emails sent for three weeks. In addition to being tossed around on 4 switchboards before discovering that I had to call another office (xk of course they didn't even listen to me) I came across a RUDE AND BORED WOMAN about HER WORK ... who attacked me claiming the rudeness of us customers in always complaining, without evaluating the OWN rudeness of doing one's job superficially! She didn't even want to repeat her name and even allowed herself to shut the phone in my face after giving me the wrong number from the Arona ASL! I am very sorry that people like this lady, who has learned nothing from a situation like the one that Italy is experiencing, not even the value of the job that she finds herself in, are put into roles where communication and customer assistance are the basis! Maybe I would take a good period of reflection and give space to people who are more willing and respectful of work! Instead, I would like to conclude by thanking the Arona ASL switchboard (whose number I got myself) who in less than five minutes listened to me and addressed the person I was looking for!
