Calogero Marchese was my first theater teacher. It comes from the glorious school of LeCoq. Over the years, in the profession of actor, I have always used his teachings first. That transcend the stage and are also human teachings. In short, a true Master. I recommend with all my heart.

I approached the theater with the desire to experience something new and to get involved. For years I had been thinking of trying a theater course but I didn't really know what to expect, even feeling a little intimidated. I tried almost by chance a lesson with Calogero and from the first day I was fascinated by his teaching, by his enthusiasm and by the professionalism with which he also follows us who do amateur theater. Step by step, with simple, fun exercises, sometimes a little crazy but always effective, he accompanies you along a path that goes beyond the theater as an end in itself, becoming a path of life. The study of the voice, postural attitudes and body language, a pinch of diction, improvisation, offered with exercises that are always fun and with the taste of play, are fundamental communication tools at any professional level. Absolutely recommended for everyone!

Although I have recently started this theater course, I can say that I like the lessons very much, they are opportunities to meet other people, compare and have fun, but they are also a way to know yourself, your body, to learn how to act by challenging what we think are our limits. Calogero not only prepares us for the "end-of-course show", but teaches us how to warm the body, how to know it, how to breathe properly, how to manage anxiety, how to communicate verbally and gesturally in public and how to learn that everyone can to make a mistake, that each of us should also make fun of himself a little bit ironically. I recommend this course to everyone, everyone will find a different reason that will lead them to find the lessons interesting, useful and fun !!!
