A very high professional studio, friendly people, Klaus "the pitch" is recommend as one of the best bodybuilding trainers in Southtyrol. Markus is a good local hockeyplayer. Only thing the studio needs more stuff for biceps training. Armin "The Boss" is fully innovative in the fitness scene. Well done!

Very clean and modern studio. Even during Corona, you can train with a good feeling due to the many disinfectant dispensers. There are many different machines that can be used to train any muscle. You also get a free individual training plan from one of the two trainers. The highly qualified trainers are friendly and are always available for questions about the training plan or other exercises. So you can pursue your individual goals and get the best possible support in achieving them. The location on the outskirts and the numerous parking spaces are also very convenient.

Fantastic gym !! The trainers and the owner are always available, very professional and nice! The place is very clean! There is the possibility of doing any activity and the tools are of the highest quality. To do a test day with the trainer there is no need to book, they welcome you at all hours and follow you in detail, and then make you a program suited to your level. I will not change the gym anymore.

Great studio and staff A professional trainer creates an individual training plan for each customer. You have peace and quiet while exercising because the studio is never overcrowded. Disinfectants, fever meters and strict distance rules also ensure a better feel-good experience during this time. The rooms and equipment also look very modern which, in addition to the top-notch hygiene, make a good impression.
