The Imperial company in Bruneck is one of the most competent companies I have been working with for many years. All employees are extremely helpful, accommodating and very well trained. If necessary, the services are provided immediately, even on the weekends. I now have 3 Windhager pellet central heating systems and am more than satisfied with them.

Very bad service, at the slightest problem the philosophy of this company is to immediately find someone to blame (just not yourself) instead of first analyzing the situation and finding a solution together.
Unprofessional behavior by the staff, but above all by the owner himself, who seem to be completely indifferent to customer and even partner satisfaction.
After more than 2.5 years of massive problems with high humidity in a new building (passive house with central ventilation system), countless attempts by installers (NOT Imperial OHG), direct contact with the manufacturing company which is sold by Imperial (and which is no longer either reacted) I decided to stop working with this company and finally to look for competent and professional help elsewhere, because there was nothing here except expenses.
It's a shame when local companies with apparently high-class products from Germany basically just want to cash in quickly, but don't want to be "disturbed" afterwards.

Probably the worst service ever! Its sale top. Bwim service a total flop !!! We strongly advise you not to buy a Windhager pellet boiler from this company
I certainly do not recommend Windhager and the Imperial company in Bruneck!
