The boss has no idea of a VAT settlement between Switzerland and the EU. Purchased goods are cheaper China garbage which loses its shape and pressure after just 2 glass washing cycles. Reaction always after 3 emails. We wanted to buy carpets that were offered to us as Swiss customers at a special price surcharge. Ridiculous, because you could buy these carpets for over 1/2 in Zurich. Sorry, but this business doesn't even deserve a star.
