Very disappointing experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After the survey carried out fairly quickly by the owner, we agreed that we would have waited for the first indicative estimate (it was an order of tents for an entire large house, about twenty windows), a month after no reply, we go to the shop in Merano and we also choose all the various fabrics, from there the owner promises us the precise quote in a few days. After that, NEVER heard any more for 2 months, I re-solicited numerous times because we liked the fabrics chosen at the end and because we wanted to understand what had happened and if there was any problem, the owner apologized every time and promised us our estimate which is NEVER ARRIVED! I have no words, just a huge disappointment and a waste of time!
