Never again! Bad assistance, despite the shop being almost empty, I wandered abandoned without any consideration as if they did not need customers. What's more, no attention to customer needs! Too bad because I shop with quality brands and products. After two weeks I am still waiting for them to call me to request a table and four chairs for the terrace of EMU Arc en Cien. And think that the employee had made me write my personal data on a sheet promising that she would contact me shortly. Not receiving any contact, in a moment I found what I was looking for by contacting another garden furniture shop. If I could zero stars! I will definitely never go there again.

Very bad service. We bought a lot of garden furniture and other things from the smoke, unfortunately we have to look for another business because we were often very disappointed and still bought something but this time it was the last time we went to the store. There was not a single customer in the shop today, the 3 employees were at the cash desk and talking about private. After no one asked us after 30 minutes if we needed something we left the shop.

First contact with the company Rauch was taken at the HOGA fair in Nuremberg. In the weeks that followed the contact via email in which it was the offer. In each email different terms and conditions were specified, which always deteriorated for me as a potential customer. Unfortunately not very serious and credible.
