I will never order anything from you again, because I felt treated without respect. A warehouse worker called me who insulted me on the phone for 5 minutes, because I didn't answer his eight calls (which were only two and I called back after 5 minutes).
Apologizing that for 5 minutes I didn't look at the phone, but he kept getting angry so he didn't even understand what the problem was, because he went to the warehouse to load my furniture and I didn't answer the phone ?? I tried to explain to him that there are no problems, because my workplace is only 5 minutes away from home, so I was able to collect the shipment. I couldn't communicate with him, he was very aggressive and not professional at all.
All you need to do is schedule an appointment in advance for the pickup, so you avoid these problems.
I don't know about you, but I have a job and I don't take a week off for any retreats !!
Thank you very much also for not helping me to bring the furniture to the first floor. It seems that other than being unpleasant your workers are also true gentlemen.

Delivery when ordering online is a drama! Because of the dispatched within 24 hours ... It was a total of 2.5 months, whereby my delivery was in Brixen for 3.5 weeks ... What a shame. I will no longer order from Avanti.
