Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I furnished the whole house at Ikea Bolzano, and for the first time at Ikea I didn't feel like a number, but a person. I was followed in all details, we found some difficulties in the orders caused by the period, but Michael (one of the guys from Punto Ikea) always had a solution. I thank him because if now my home is just as I dreamed it is also thanks to his advice, prepared in all respects and also stands out for his infinite kindness. Recommended! I'll definitely be back ;-)

Measurements for the kitchen (89 €, paid) carried out on 27.06.2020; after months in which I wanted to order the kitchen, but it was not possible due to the constant lack of pieces, on 14.09.2020 in the Bolzano store I was informed that they do not know when the emergency would be over and that it would have been better if you ordered the kitchen from somewhere else (since I received the keys to the apartment on 12.09.2020). Moral of the story, I find myself with home, without a kitchen and without a certain date in which I could ORDER the kitchen, and then receive it after 4 weeks. Obviously not being able to wait any longer, I turned elsewhere asking for the 89 € of the relief in the form of a voucher, which I was DENIED (as per the conditions of services etc., yes, communicated very professionally via email). I repeat, I did not ask for a refund, but a voucher to use in Ikea. I made do by explaining my situation to the telephone customer service who issued me the voucher in 5 minutes. I spent months passing several times at the point of sale, I was promised several times a telephone contact to avoid trips to the Twenty - never happened, passing in person to the point of sale I was promptly told that I had to make an appointment, that without an appointment they do nothing (not even information), but they would surely have answered me on the phone during the day (never happened). Sorry, for those like me who do their job with passion, to see that their (basic) principles are trampled several times. if I say that I call, I call (keep my word). If I cause you a problem, I try to solve it for you. None of this happened, if I had known before I would never have turned to the Ikea store in Bolzano. I am very disappointed (despite the voucher received, but not from the BZ store).

Despite the difficulties related to supplies during this period, Covid and a certain rigidity in the management of the orders of the Ikea organization, the staff of the Ikea point in Bolzano, and in particular Sigr. Michael was very helpful and flexible in fulfilling my orders.

Hello everyone bad never again and never again oh ordered and oh paid immediately if I knew I only gave a deposit but Malè mattress more than a month I went to collect it oh done more 30km twice from Merano to Bolzano they tell me product 0. I went to Ikea office and they told me that in 10 days they call you nothing, nothing ever again
