If I could award a nice -5 I would gladly do it. I ordered a Modigliani model sofa, using the whattsup video call mode with the Bolzano store, a very nice sofa, not as comfortable. The saleswoman Stefania, very friendly and helpful. Sofa ordered on 3 October, arrived on 8 December, order and pay for two relaxation sessions, only one relaxation session arrived. Contacted customer service, virtually impossible to talk to anyone, the phone rings and rings but no one answers. When I finally manage to talk to customer service I am told that the people I should speak to about the disruption I have had are busy (and I would be a customer like the others the operators were supposedly busy with) I am told to send an email, no reply. I contact again by phone, when after dozens of phone calls someone answers I am told that I cannot expect an answer quickly because there are so many customers (sorry, who would I be?) Who have sent emails and that since Dondi salotti had ( verbatim) an exploit of customers (poor things, new customers, I think !!) customer service is overworked and can't keep up with the amount of work. I suggest that they should get help, and in fact, yes, the girl tells me, they have someone who started on Wednesday afternoon but is still learning (for heaven's sake, there is !!) In the meantime I contacted the seller Stefania via email, who promptly he calls and confirms that he has checked, and in fact there has been the error and has already activated to have me replace the wrong session with the right one, but obviously it will be January by now because before Christmas it is just not possible ... Okay, I can understand !! when I ask to be put in writing that the wrong session will be replaced in January, the answer is that the competent office will be contacted and the case will be taken over in January ... well the answer from the customer service that was me guaranteed it would arrive on Friday, it did not arrive, I wonder if the relaxation session I ordered will ever arrive ...... I certainly will not buy from Dondi salotti anymore and obviously none of my family and friends will, given my experience, because the fact is that making a mistake is human, it can happen to everyone, but not really caring about it and not giving the slightest support, treating badly while being in the wrong, is a choice; therefore, by choice I will go to another store.

We bought a two-seater sofa bed at the Bolzano store. The showroom staff was courteous and gave us all the explanations we requested, advising us on the best choice for our needs. The delivery took place on schedule at the time of purchase, and both the staff who contacted us for the delivery and the one who physically carried it out proved to be very courteous. Those who carried out the delivery also complied with the regulations in force for COVID19 prevention.

Bad experience. Little seriousness, good at selling but professionalism and customer service below zero. I still look forward to my sofa when we were guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas. As the established delivery period approached, after emails and various calls without feedback, once I arrived in the shop I was told by the sales staff that the sofa would arrive the following week. Old sofa sold and ... they call me from the Trento office saying that the sofa would arrive a month late. Had it been possible, I would have canceled the order. DO NOT go there. They don't deserve it.

I put a star because I had to write. In November we went for a sofa purchase. The saleswoman who received us was incredibly rude. I asked for another type of fabric and was told that "do you know how much the sofa would cost if there were a thousand fabrics to decide?" However, given the employee's cafonaggine I have a super washable sofa at half the price from Dondi salotti.

Very nice shop attendants (BZ), bad customer service. They tried to deliver early but the apartment was not ready yet (specified at time of purchase). From there we ended up in a tunnel. More than 15 days have passed and no one has heard from anyone. There is no number to call. You fill out the form on the site and nobody answers you, you send emails and nobody answers you, you write on facebook and nobody answers you. You get really angry with the store clerk (who in addition to putting up with complaints nothing else he can do) and they send you an email with which they reiterate that you have to wait for the advent of your sofa with so much hope, but they continue to provide none. delivery date. After-sales service among the worst ever experienced. The delivery then took place without further problems after about a week from this review.
