I was there during the end of the year sale. Clearly was busy, but it has been really diffcult to be addressed by the personnel who has then be very hasty and not nice. My mother few days before had even a worst experience. We went few days after in Poltrone e Sofà in Trento and the experience has been completely different. Very nice people, helpful and enjoyable.

The prices are really great, at the moment they are running a double discount campaign where they reduce the price by up to 50%, and then once again by up to 40%, (adds up to 70%). The salesmen are all very friendly and helpfull. Very well informed, and ready to answer all your questions. Unlike some other stores they are not undermanned, and ready to take on a horde of costumers.

Coverings literally exploded. No pillow case between the foam and the cover. Customer service in Bolzano literally boorish. I fixed with 12 euros from a Chinese tailor what Armchairs and sofas he told me he couldn't do, proposing a new upholstery for 400 euros instead of 800. When I complained that a Chinese tailor solved the problem with 12 euros, I was told that A SOUTH TYROLIAN AT 12 EURO DOES NOT DO IT ... but apparently not even at another price !! Shame on customer service ... and on racism towards a millenary civilization that a "South Tyrolean" like the saleswoman certainly can't understand !! Fortunately, they are not all like her However bad experience ... other than "quality artisans"

Beautiful and well-kept display, the owner is kind, competent and thorough in the description of the products. The only perplexity were the ways, in my opinion, a bit hasty and hasty in concluding the order and swiping the ATM: I could only read the order after completing these operations. I am sure that it was an oversight, but the choice of timing / ways of approaching the client has its importance.
