Sono rimasta veramente molto delusa ed è già la seconda volta. 10 giorni fa abbiamo speso intorno ai 60€ e quando ci siamo recati alla casa per pagare ci siamo accorti di non avere dietro la Vip Card e senza quella non si può avere il prezzo scontato . È inaccettabile che nel 2020 non si possa fare la ricerca nei sistemi con i dati del cliente e non risalire alla carta che poi sta carta non viene regalata ma pagata. Invece ieri abbiamo speso intorno ai 130€ ,dove tra le varie cose abbiamo comprato l'aspiratore nasale Braun per la nostra bimba e l'abbiamo provato stamattina e purtroppo non aspirava nulla .Mio marito ritorna al negozio per poterla cambiare,e la commessa le aveva detto che non si poteva cambiare perché l'apparecchio si accende comunque a prescindere dal fatto se aspira o meno. Mai più da Prenatal, piuttosto compro online su Amazon

I'm from Trento but I go to Bolzano because the girls are fantastic, comprehensive, available and give advice on products and show you if they can be more or less suitable for your needs. The shop is very large and well divided, full of products for any use. I highly recommend getting the Vip card. I highly recommend it ❤️

The shop is well stocked, but it is strongly advised against buying milk, baby food, diapers and everything that turns on daily consumer products. High prices available in the supermarket on the first floor with an average 30% discount. Note on the products of Giordani (in-house brand). On the staff front, only the Angela assistant is always laudable, always available with courtesy and competent in any product in the store.

They have a great selection of products for early childhood. The prices are not always competitive and I do not agree at all that to be able to benefit from some offers you must make an annual card of € 30

The shop is poorly structured and would need a lift as it is a children's store so there is the problem that the stroller has to be hand-climbed up the stairs. But in addition to this there is a sales person (of whom I heard at least 20 complaints) who, in order to sell you, tells you whatever 3 thing about a product I made a birth list I regretted.
