Customers from more than 10 years. Total disappointment. After you have taken out insurance for a year abroad, the competent authorities have been calling for the signed document (a statement!) So that insurance could be recognized. The agency refused in any way with absurd excuses, this situation linger for more than a month in full health emergency due to Covid-19 (for the period in which the alien was not risultavo assured!). Not happy I can get the number of the parent company after many long deadlines and stress (threats of complaints) finally manages to compilarmi, and sign myself timbrami the statement. Not even as He has proposed, as an alternative, to contact the parent, I conclude that the agency has not in the least bothered to inquire, obviously being much more easy to dismiss a customer forcing him to fend for themselves. Given the situation in which I found myself, again with the current health emergency, I find it shameful the way I was treated.
