Campingplatz am Löwenhof

One star less as the pitches are on the small size although there are various prices for size of placement. Need to book in advance as only limited places available. Part of a very nice 4* hotel with excellent facilities re sanitary block free washing machine swimming pool and two restaurants. Guest cards gives you free local transport and ski lift. An excellent stopover on the way north or south. Recommended.

Not recommended for camping with a tent. Could only camp on a very small and fully packed piece of land, right next to the noisy road. Nice showers.

Very nice and clean. The restaurant is excellent.

15 minutes wait at the reception before talking to anyone and staff has been extremely impolite, borderline with rude. Now, would this be a cheap place you can eventually live with it. Unfortunately it is also extremely expensive, extortionate I dare say. Make yourself a favour. Skip this place of parvenue and go in Austria, in Tyrol. The real thing. Prices are lower and acceptable there, places are cleaner, people more friendly.
