Patrizia Garelli Rossi (12/03/2020)
Although from a professional point of view I have nothing to complain about the skills that have been offered to me by the clinic, although my pet has never suffered from diseases such as to highlight them, I am not at all happy with the attention given to the client. after the visit. I requested the results of the analyzes carried out twice and 1 month later they have not yet arrived. A lack of attention as if, once the bill was paid and the invoice received, the dog left the studio no longer existed. Professionalism should combine competence, attention and respect. But maybe that's just my opinion ... Prof. Patrizia Garelli Rossi.

Great professionalism combined with a deep sensitivity and honesty. Thanks to Dr Prantner, his team and the patient lady for saving our 5 year old Irish wolfhound, Nina, from a stomach twist in a timely manner. On holiday in Val Pusteria, we had the misfortune that Nina manifested the serious pathology of stomach torsion during an excursion in the high mountains, but we were lucky enough to have met a competent and scrupulous veterinarian like Dr. Prantner. Thank you so much.

I was on vacation and I needed the vet for a slight problem that had already been diagnosed by my vet on the phone. In all likelihood the doctor took advantage of the opportunity wanting to do a whole series of tests (which then confirmed my veterinarian's diagnosis) by presenting me with an invoice of over € 200. Last but not least he prescribed an antibiotic that cost € 150 ... luckily I managed to have it replaced with a medicine equivalent to the modest price of € 18 !! Luckily my husband told me to be quiet that vets are not profiteers, they do it only out of passion!
