I found the seller attentive and not pressing. The value for money was there ... delivery as per telephone agreements and really fast. ..ovvio our bed has just arrived but I slept very well ... obviously they do not respond to damage if one smokes on the bed and burns the mattress but the guarantee seemed serious to me ... they only ask you to turn the mattress head feet once a month which doesn't seem so complicated.
