Best place to stay in Aosta!
KEEP ATTENTION: Don't believe the guys at checkin' telling you breakfast being included! They may lie! Check your reservation first! We got charged for, even they told us it's going to be free with our reservation (trap?!). And breakfast truly is nothing special at all. Service is bad. The guy at the bar had no idea what he was doing. Think about an other hotel! It's never ever a four or five star hotel.

I totally DONT recommand this hotel!
We had a very bad experience with LUIGI, the staff who was at the reception tonight!!!
I just went to see him to understand why we had rooms so different from the picture on the website.(it looks amazing on internet, far from what we really had... we took pictures and videos )
And he explained me that we had the category of room we booked online. And he was right, it was our mistake.....
But out of nowhere in the discussion he just threatened me to charge me more if i was leaving a bad comment on google!!!! 😮😮
He threatened me to charge me whereas i was just going to him nicely to understand the situation!!
And the worst was.... HE WAS SERIOUS!!!!
it is the first time ever i heard someone telling me that!!!! 😱😱😱
I was so shocked than me and my friends litteraly decided to leave the place right away!!
No one should be treated like that.... You treat your guests the best way possible, and not with "threats"....
We will let you know if they actually really charged us more....
By the way, the jaccuzi and the inside pool were out of service... and the outside pool was nothing like the picture (green water, dirty, not cared...)
Go somewhere else !! they are much better options at better prices in the aera.... 😊
