Museo all'Aperto della Terza Linea di Difesa Italiana della Grande Guerra

Very suggestive, well preserved, full of defensive positions of the great war, bunkers, trenches, walkways. It crosses into Slovenia following the walk, the view is breathtaking. Easy and fun even if you go with children in tow, an open-air museum all for free. It has a complete view of the entire valley below.

This museum is well worth a visit. The walkways and trenches have been excellently restored, with a magnificent view of the Canin group and Mount Krn (Mount Nero). The view from the ridge is also magnificent on the Natisone valleys. It is possible to combine the visit with an excursion to the Colovrat ridge or around it. On the Italian side, the Zanuso bivouac allows for a pleasant break.

An open-air museum that replicates roughly the forehead above the valley of the Great War, and very interesting to visit, in rebuilding the excessive use of leverage modern concrete a little bit the illumisuone, and some even visited the underground should be illuminated or signs they should warn of sudden dark areas along the way, but I absolutely must see again, because knowing a bit about the history of the Natisone valleys, Caporetto up to Piave here is very clear

interesting place, but visiting the bunkers inside is not suitable for "robust" people; also take the walking sticks that the ground is rough and long pants because it is full of nettles

Beautiful places, full of history and tragedies. Very simple but very well done museum.
