It is the first regional museum entirely dedicated to daily life in medieval castles. Collects artifacts from the feudal castles of which the remains can still be seen today if you find yourself following the piedmont road that leads from Cividale del Friuli to Norico. Unfortunately the directions are not optimal, but a good navigator will suffice. Don't miss a visit to the nearby Partistagno castle!

Small but very interesting to understand the history of eastern Friuli in medieval times. The passion of those who work there is felt in the explanations that accompany the visit, both as regards the general history and, above all, for the references to local history. Visit it.
