Museo Naturale del Parco delle Prealpi Giulie

Interesting museum, I took a friend to visit him. It is very simple and didactic about the naturalistic environments of the region, especially of the pre-Alps not only of a botanical and zoological type but also geological with reference to the history of the planet and its origins. For simplicity, it is also suitable for schools and children.

The initiatives promoted by the Parco delle Prealpi Giulie are of a high standard, held by specialized and highly qualified personnel. Workshops for children but also nature excursions for all ages. The objective is the transmission of knowledge, the promotion and safeguarding of the territory and of the fauna species that inhabit it. A must-see for all nature lovers!
