The structure where the celebrations take place was entirely built from scratch and equipped with all kinds of services: kitchens equipped to serve tens of thousands of people, toilets, permanent kiosks that serve separately wine, fish, ice cream, grilled meats. The place of honor is reserved for the "TORO ALLO SPIEDO", a true delicacy from which the festival takes its name. For the record, the Bulls (because they consume more than one) weigh about 4 quintals each and are cooked whole on the spit for a time ranging from 15 to 20 hours. Historical appointments of the festival are also the: Bird Show, the Dog Exhibition and the Bicilonga del Toro. The Sagra del Toro is located in the "Parco Rovere", on an area of ​​about 50,000 square meters used as a park with a splendid pond populated by swans, mallards, geese and other aquatic and courtyard animals, and a wonderful wood where you can admire most of the zonal plants.
