I came to do a test in this gym on the advice of a friend I was quite skeptical as there are few machines. I must say I immediately changed my mind, you can do a myriad of free-body exercises integrated with the machines that make the workout more pleasant, intense and productive, always followed by the highly qualified staff present in the gym, a quiet and very familiar environment, I recommend it to all!!
